Black Sheep Baguette
This tasty sandwich might just be a black sheep – standing out from many mozzarella and tomato sandwiches I have eaten. Mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, pesto and balsamic vinaigrette on fresh baguette bread is definitely my idea of an ideal lunch.

Looks tasty but I’m thinking a Ciabatta Roll would be better. Baguette crust tough to chew?
A ciabatta roll sounds good, but surprisingly, the baguette was not too tough. The shocking texture of the bread is another reason why I love this sandwich!
