Hello Home!

It’s been a while since my last blog post, but now I am on summer break and I plan on eating lots of good food and sharing my experiences with you. For my first meal home, I had cold cucumber soup with fresh dill and arctic char with roasted veggies. Though everything was absolutely delicious, the highlight of my meal was the buckwheat tea my roommate brought me from Korea. I don’t want to say it tasted like wheat because drinking carbs doesn’t sound appealing whatsoever. What I can say is the tea was mildly sweat and so tasty that I even ate the buckwheat grains in my hot water. It was like having cereal and tea at the same time. Mind-blowing, right?  I drank my tea with a cider doughnut from Atkins. What a perfect way to start my summer!
