Simple Yet Delicious: Mozzarella, Tomato, and Basil Sandwich

I discovered an awesome three seed baguette from Fairway a couple of days ago, and I’ve been buying it pretty much every day now. The seeds give the bread a great texture and flavor. I don’t know how only three ingredients on baguette plus a little olive oil and pepper could taste so good. I guess simple is the way to go.

    Tous les jours à Aix-en-Provence, je mangue une baguette au sésame d’un petit boulangerie! C’est tellement simple mais délicieux. Il y a trop de choses à manger en France et je souhaite d’avoir plus qu’un estomac!

      I love this sandwich too. The bread is so good, but I love any crusty baguette!
