Which Came First, the Chicken or the Egg?
This was a delightful and healthy egg scramble with chicken, sauteed mushrooms, and other veggies. My favorite part about this dish was the presentation: the eggs were served inside a bowl that looked like half of an egg shell. The question in the back of my mind while I ate this – which came first, the chicken or the egg?

Hi, where did you have this? I’ve had a scrambled egg dish at David Burke’s Townhouse and it was soft scrambled eggs mixed with avocado and lobster and served in an ostrich shell. Out of this world. Your photo reminded me of it.
