Homemade Biscotti
Today marks my last day in the kitchen. I went out with a full blast making chocolate-dipped biscotti with dried cranberries and walnuts. Click here for the recipe I followed. Instead of pistachios, I used walnuts because of a slight mishap. (I bought salted pistachios, which would definitely not taste good in my biscotti. To solve my mistake, I decided to replace the pistachios with the walnuts I had in my pantry). Also, because I am a chocolate lover, I dipped these biscotti in melted chocolate. Happy eating everyone!
Did they taste as good as they look?
Yes, and they were not hard to make!
Looks good 🙂
Thank you. They are good! They are the perfect texture because they are crunchy but not as crunchy as some biscotti which almost break my teeth.
Your biscotti looks awesome! I once tried making a pumpkin-pecan biscotti but the pumpkin was too moist, and my cookie not crisp… *tears*
Yours is fabulous, though!
Pumpkin pecan sounds delicious though! I followed the recipe that I linked, and the biscotti came out better than expected. Definitely worth a try.
want some
You should make them. They are way easier and take much less time than knitting a scarf.
lol i will but easier if you give it to me then pick some to my mouth
My favorite!
Tasty post! 🙂
Thank you!
yum, yum, yum! you make me want some NOW!
good work!
Thank you so much!
When I come visit, you’ll have to swap recipes and do some intense cooking/baking. =D
Yes most certainly!!
Looks delicious – love the half dipped chocolate portion.
Thanks! The chocolate side was definitely the best part.
