Barbecued Chicken for Mother’s Day

It was really nice to be home for mother’s day, and the weather was just spectacular. My family and I barbecued chicken and ate it with sweet corn, sliced tomatoes, and German potato salad. For dessert, we had chocolate brownie cake with strawberries – definitely one of my favorite desserts. And I may or may not have had three slices of cake. I feel no guilt right now, as it’s not quite bikini season yet.
