Lamb and Lentil Soup
For dinner, I ate lentil soup and lamb chops. I wanted to try something new, so I sautéed swiss chard with a little garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice. I have to admit that I prefer cooked spinach, as I found the chard a bit too bitter for my taste. Alongside my meat and leafy greens, I had red potatoes with garlic and parsley. Overall, a very good dinner!
