This look very good and I have a question. In the sandwich do they use standard tomato pieces or sun dried tomatoes? 🙂
Thank you! I used a regular vine tomato. Sun dried tomatoes (as well as standard tomatoes) go really well in a sandwich with fresh mozzarella and basil.
