Breakfast in a Mason Jar

Nonfat yogurt, honey, raspberries, blueberries, walnuts, and almonds. This tastes delicious and looks patriotic for July 4th! (I guess I am getting a little ahead of myself here).

I have seen a lot of food blogs using mason jars, so I decided to give it a go!

Great idea! I’ve done salads in a mason jar (great to make salads ahead of time for work), but I’ve never seen breakfast in a jar. I’ll definitely have to try this, as breakfast is the meal I find it hardest to eat healthy!

Thank you! I love eating yogurt and fruit in the morning, but I wanted to try and prepare it differently (hence the jar). Salad in a jar sounds like a good idea too. I will try that!

It is great! You just have to make sure you keep the dressing and leafy greens as far from each other as you can.
