Cannellini Bean Salad on Endives

This is super simple to make and healthy too!

White Bean Salad

  • 1 can of cannellini beans
  • 6 basil leaves cut into shards or just torn (I just tore them)
  • 1 diced vine tomato
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • A little salt and pepper
  • Combine all ingredients into a bowl.

    Spoon the white bean salad onto endive leaves.

      Love endives. They are beautiful grilled with a splash of balsamic vinegar.
