Breakfast without Words

Breakfast is definitely my favorite meal of the day (both at home and at school). Today, I had plain yogurt with blackberries that I heated with a little water and brown sugar. I love doing this because the blackberries get nice and soft and also release some of their juices. (I made sure to cool the blackberries before I put them in the yogurt, so that my yogurt wouldn’t get warm).

I also ate toast with triple berry jam and multigrain cheerios (not shown in the picture). I needed a change from my beloved Honey Bunches of Oats which I eat practically every day at school. I drank cappuccino and orange juice as well. It’s great to be home.

This post is making me hungry, I love blackberries, but never thought of having them for breakfast (normally dessert), might just have to follow your lead I think.

I love eating blackberries in yogurt or just on their own. Thanks for stopping by my blog 🙂
